The Point Requirements

Recruit a new Associate (Personal or Placed)= Earn 1 point
Help your new Frontline Junior Associate advance to Associate= Earn 2 points
Sell a non-group membership= Earn 1 point
Sell a business plan membership= Earn 2 points
Open a new group account (with 5 + members)= Earn 1 point
Sell 3 group memberships= Earn 1 point

The Car Bonus
Associates that achieve 5 points per month for 12 consecutive months will begin to receive a $100 car bonus each month. After 24 consecutive months they will begin to receive a $150 car bonus. This particular bonus will not exceed $150, but they will continue to receive the bonus as long as they are meeting the monthly 5-point and persistency requirement.

Associates that achieve 10 points per month for 12 consecutive months will begin to receive a $300 car bonus each month. After 24 consecutive months they will begin to receive a $400 car bonus, After 36 consecutive months they will begin to receive a $500 car bonus. This particular bonus will not exceed $500, but they will continue to receive the bonus as long as they are meeting the monthly 10 point and persistency requirements.

If an associate is achieving the 10 points per month and does not achieve the 10 points any particular month they will start over from month one on the 10 point qualification. If they miss the 10 points but do make the 5 points they can count any previous consecutive months that were over 5 points. Example: I achieve 10 points consecutively for six months, and then in month seven I achieve 6 points. I would have to start over from month one for the 10-point qualification, but I would have seven consecutive months for the 5-point qualification.
